Weight training is an under-rated exercise for a woman. Why? We women worry weights will bulk us up when all we want to do is slim down. It’s unfortunate that this has become the reputation of weight training because in reality it’s a great way to lose weight and get into the best shape of your life. It’s true that women need to train differently than men when it comes to weights. Check out our list of 15 guidelines for women when it comes to slimming down with the help of weights.
